For Safety, this camper is also equipped with:  Smoke, Gas and CO detectors and a fire extinguisher.  It also has nighttime floor lighting and a wall mounted glow stick.

Prior to delivery, water tanks are sanitized and flushed.

All units are equipped with emergency weather radios

We do not lock down the awning! (We provide renters with instructions in how to safely operate the awning and advise all renters to take the awning up when they are leaving the campsite, going to sleep or when inclimate weather is expected. Renter is responsible for awnings that are damaged )
