Icy Hollow Rentals & Services Rates & Charges
Rates will be calculated as follows:
Rental cost of the particular unit and length of stay + Delivery Charge + Outer beach fee if applicable + Any extras that you requested + Security Deposit. Security deposit is returned at the end of the rental period provided that there are no damages to the unit or other items that were rented. Final payments can not be paid by check unless paid three weeks in advance.
A reservation deposit is taken at the time of your reservation and is applied to the balance owed.

We may have additional units available that are not listed on our web site. Rates may vary slightly depending on size, type, condition and options.

Additional Fees and Deposits:

* A housekeeping fee will be charged if the camper is not cleaned prior to pick up. The unit should be broom swept with all trash removed. All items should be stowed in their compartments as found.
** Security deposit is returned to the renter at the end of the rental period provided that the unit is damage free and cleaned. If the unit is not cleaned when returned the housekeeping fee of $100 will be subtracted from the deposit. The renter is not responsible for normal wear and tear However, any damages due to abuse or carelessness will be charged to the deposit.
*** Pets add additional wear on the trailer and require additional cleaning. While we do not prohibit pets we do require an additional fee. Campers should be aware that they are responsible for any damage caused by their pet.
Please note that we now charge a $75 minimum fee on all deliveries and set up. This was necessary to cover rising fuel costs, dump fees and other costs. We do not make money on deliveries. Fees are based on the cost of fuel, driver's time and any other costs that may be applicable.

Note: An additional fee applies to all outer beach camping. This fee is to cover the additional costs and clean up associated with camping on the outer beaches. Please contact us for pricing if you are considering outer beach camping. Also note that for outer beaches that do not take reservations, an additional charge may apply if the driver is required to wait for more than one half hour.
Visa & MC Accepted via Paypal. We accept reservation and security deposits on Paypal. All remaining charges should be paid in cash or by check at least two weeks prior to your delivery date. The balance can be paid by credit card via Paypal but an additional 3% will be charged to cover fees. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding charges or payment methods.
